The International Association of People Affected by Lipodystrophies and Their Relatives (AELIP) has prepared a new dossier with the goal of bringing awareness to the organisation’s work and the services it provides to improve the quality of life of people living with these diseases.
The document has different sections, which allow one to become aware of what lipodystrophies are and the different types that exist. Furthermore, it explains what AELIP is, what its objectives are, and also the services it provides.
Other sections are dedicated to presenting the association’s committee of experts and advisors or the alliances from which part of AELIP is formed.
Additionally, other pages cover the initiatives and activities developed to bring awareness to lipodystrophies. Some of the research programmes promoted or supported by AELIP are presented, and the association’s research project is also explained, detailing its delegations.
Lastly, the dossier reports onthe different ways to collaborate with AELIP and how to become a member of the organisation.
The dossier, written in Spanish, will soon be available in English as well.
