LipoDDx® is finally available! It is the first application to help doctors better characterize the different subtypes of lipodystrophy and is based on a personal algorithm developed by Prof. David Araújo-Vilar, with the support of the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, the Servicio Galego de Saúde (SERGAS) and the Asociación de Familiares y Afectados de Lipodistrofias (AELIP).
Professor David Araujo-Vilar wants to remember that LIPO-DDDx® will never replace the clinical criteria of a doctor with experience in the field of lipodystrophies.
