How to peform a loan process?
The loan system is very simple: if you are interested in a technical support or a supporting product from the catalogue just fill the application form with your personal details and the period you will need help.
We will contact you to comment the characteristics of the product and the conditions of the assignment.
To guarantee the correct service and care of the loan products, it is requested to contribute with a deposit, which it will be return when the ceased product goes back to AELIP and it will be checked the correct condition of it.
The shipping and transportation of the product
It is possible to send the product to the home of the user or the user itself can pick it up in the Association. In case you will choose the first option, the transportation costs will be borne by the person. If the user desires, the association will be able to manage the service with a transport company.
