The Asociación de Familiares y Afectados de Lipodistrofias (AELIP), will celebrate the tenth edition of the 'SIMPOSIUM INTERNACIONAL DE LIPODISTROFIAS' in Santiago de Compostela on the 18th and 19th of November, which will also count with the collaboration, among other entities, of the Federación Española de Enfermedades Raras (FEDER), the Centro Singular de Investigación en Medicina Molecular y Enfermedades Crónicas (CiMUS), the Galician Health Service, the University of Santiago de Compostela, the European Consortium of Lipodystrophies (ECLip), the Sociedad Española de Lipodistrofias (SEL) and the Alianza Iberoamericana de Enfermedades Raras (ALIBER).
This year's Symposium will be held ONLINE AND IN-PERSON. The Symposium will feature scientific presentations by health professionals in the field of Lipodystrophies" research, as well as social and health resources for families and people affected by Lipodystrophies.
The meeting will have simultaneous interpretation of all the presentations in both Spanish and English and will be completely free of charge.
