The International Association of Families and People Affected by Lipodystrophies AELIP , will be present next 28th and 29th September in Pisa (Italy) where the annual meeting of the European Consortium of Lipodystrophies called "ECLip2023-European Consortium of Lipodystrophies" will be held.
In the framework of this meeting, professional experts in Lipodystrophy Researchers at international level will meet, where AELIP and other patient associations will also have a space to develop and present the lines of work that they have been carrying out in their countries of origin.
In the last edition, AELIP developed a presentation where he approached those present the portfolio of services provided to families and people affected by a Lipodystrophy worldwide and put in value the more than 300,000 € that this entity has allocated since its founding to the research of these rare pathologies.
The President of AELIP would like to give special thanks to the President of the European Lipodystrophy Consortium, Professor David Araujo Vilar, for the opportunity to be present for another year and to present the organisation in an incomparable scientific and health framework.
